All artwork created and sold (by myself), including but not limited to: the rights to all artwork and images, business ideas, etc and forms of creative expression, (original dreams and dream sequences), ideas, inventions, musical compositions and any and all creative processes which have been posted online, communicated in any form, or given away solely belong to myself (Amanda McIntyre Smith), the original artist.

Unfortunately, as a victim of hacking, cyberstalking, physical stalking, and other crimes, including intellectual property theft, I would like to remind people, especially other artists, that it is a malicious criminal act to try to undermine artists by stealing or using another’s artwork *intended to be discarded* by the original artist who created it, as their own personal artwork, and without express personal permission.  (It is also very illegal, and a federal crime to hack an individual’s router, computers, phones, and/or to illegally surveil an individual in the privacy of their own home. This happens to some creatives with the intent to steal ideas, illegally eavesdrop, abuse, harass and cyber stalk. It has happened to me for a long time now. These are very serious crimes. It’s pretty terrifying the lengths some people will go to  steal your ideas and other things as well). Painting over another artist’s work, etc, is not only extremely disrespectful and inappropriate, (not to mention really suspicious and weird) especially for the purpose of vendetta, humiliation, abuse and harassment, it is severely immoral and unethical. Such an act constitutes intellectual property theft, among other crimes. An artist, who is confident in their own gifts, need never use another artist’s work to take revenge on them with, or in attempt to attack said artist, who they may see as a threat (who was not even aware of it or of who you actually were, btw). One may (hopefully) learn that this behavior is basically despicable among most artists and is completely unacceptable.  Using someone’s personal art (images and any and all personal creative efforts), posting them on personal online accounts and claiming them as one’s own, constitutes theft of art, or intellectual property theft, which is a punishable crime by law. If you have published my original art images, etc from my personal computers, iCloud, phones, etc (federal crimes of hacking can be applied here) or claimed former sketches, etc as your own, without explicit permission from me alone, you have broken the laws that protect all artists and creatives, and you are a real hypocrite, scammer and really lost in my opinion. You should be ashamed of yourself! And yes, this actually has happened to me multiple times by the same person. You know who you are. I have been a victim of this and I consider it a deeply disturbing group of actions led by some deeply disturbed individuals who need help, and need to be prosecuted for the crimes they have committed against me. One female artist in particular. If you know who I am and have any knowledge of my images being used anywhere online, please contact me personally and I will reach out to law enforcement. I have worked very hard and honestly on each and every image, sketch, drawing and painting throughout my art career, and as a hobby, including receiving a formal education in the arts, and spending my youth as a dancer, performer and  pianist, as well as an athlete. More importantly, I am a  daughter, sister, friend, and a Christian. Unfortunately, some people from my past who I barely knew took advantage of me and my kindness, and in doing so, stole immensely from me, with the intent to harm my reputation and embarrass me, which is truly awful behavior. Folks, a bit of advice, don’t give unfinished sketches to anyone for any reason. Don’t lend others your ideas to use freely without a contract. Copyright your work. I was very naive to think that those individuals I briefly allowed in my life in the past had the same morals and principles as I do. I was wrong. 

{You do not have the right to eavesdrop on me either, whether illegally obtained through my electronic devices (as has been happening for years via hacking) or any place otherwise. Posting absurd videos mocking what I’m saying privately in my own home—I believe that’s stalking, cyberstalking, harassment, (malicious) intentional infliction of emotional distress and HACKING}. I will prosecute any and all involved. Please, CEASE AND DESIST (YV) and remove my images from your website and any and all public and private servers IMMEDIATELY. Stop mocking me with my own words, stop mocking my faith and the saints in your sick skits and videos, showing my images and former throw-away experimental paintings, etc online. They have nothing to do with you and never belonged to you. Stop making a profit off of my abuse and your sick, depraved false accusations of me. Again, CEASE AND DESIST. These are all crimes. 

**My work does not belong to anyone but me. **(On a personal note— Actually, it WAS just a dream, many dreams actually— but it was MY DREAM(s) and I deserve credit for everything that has come from my mind, including the titles).  It never belonged to anyone else, so why did you ask for them? Did you make money from my dreams and ideas? If the answer is yes, then you have committed crimes against me. I am a real person. I have the same rights as everyone else.

Neither is any of my work or my site in any way affiliated with a scam. I will report any attempts to defame my character and my abilities to the proper authorities. God knows who I really am, not some stalking hackers and dishonest, unethical artists with major ego problems.  

​It is NOT recommended that anyone consider using/posting my artwork and images online, or for reproduction in any form, including my personal communications, as I have already reported it to appropriate authorities. Included in this statement is the recognition that all of my ideas, dreams and inventions or creations are exclusively and solely mine and completely original. None of my dreams are NDE’s.* It is illegal to steal or reproduce another artist’s art images, photographs, ideas, relay dreams, music, poetry, literature and any and all creative processes and actions under federal copyright laws. ​Remember this: The moment I MADE it, the moment I TOOK A PHOTO of it, the moment I WROTE it, the moment I PLAYED it on an instrument, the moment I DREAMT it, the moment I SPOKE it— the moment I THOUGHT it—  it was mine. By right and by law. You MAY quote me on that. It was also MY original quote. I just WROTE it.

​It is also illegal, in this country, to discriminate against any individual for being a Christian. I am not in a “cult” because I am a believer in Christ as my personal Savior. I am also most certainly not a religious extremist because I don’t believe in the occult practices of witchcraft and/or satanism and other non-Biblical ideologies and practices. I see them as wrong because they are wrong— those are the teachings of the Bible. I am not a political person either. I am a very private person. Please respect my privacy in every place I go. It is illegal to stalk and harass people, including via proxy, on the internet and/or anywhere in public. You are evildoers who do this. The Bible clearly talks about this. 

I also don’t condone bullying of any kind, especially of individuals and artists with disabilities (of any kind). False accusations and character slandering are never welcome, are prosecutable crimes and will be reported. Folks, please stay away from the occult. I have reason to believe this has a lot to do with the targeting I have been experiencing. It is dangerous to meddle with witchcraft of any kind as it is from the devil. Please head my warning to stay away from psychics as they are also used by the devil. All forms of New Agism, Reiki and wiccan, etc are also demonic, and can cause serious harm. It is evil to falsely accuse others, to follow them, steal and eavesdrop on them, to cyber stalk and harass them with their own words they speak near their computer or phone in their own home, in order to further victimize and control them.  Furthermore, these are very serious crimes. This is not a game. I’ve contacted the FBI. 

Please, change your ways. Again, CEASE AND DESIST to those who know full well who they are.
